Our mission: To provide effective peace mediation to all the communities, families and individuals in times of crisis; in order to reduce violence, raise the quality of living and to preserve life.

Community Engagement

YNOT Movemement provided meals to the community of District 1 EAST LA during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CRISIS Response

Provided the homeless population with water and snacks, after responding to a crisis of a homeless man losing his life to dehydration.

Our team

Adam Zaragoza


Adam was impacted by gang violence and was a justice involved youth at an early age. At age 16 Adam was tried as an adult and sentenced to 12 years in state prison. Since his release Adam has attended LAVITA (Los Angeles Violence Intervention Academy) and is now certified in gang intervention. 

 Adam is also certified to facilitate the following curriculums: L.I.F.E (Leadership,Intervention,Family,Empowerment) through SEA & “Project With Healthy Relationships'' through Urban Strategies. He also received certifications through “The Prison Education Project: for career development and life skills. He is skilled in: Suicide Intervention through A.S.I.S.T. (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Traing). Covid-19 Implications for individuals with SUD, and becoming ACES aware in California. 

Through Adam’s lived experience, personal development, and community relationships he can connect, understand, gain access and maintain a license to operate and could very well effectively provide services to the community.
